Financial Services Advisor $24-$28 Hour DOE + Bonus

Location: Murrieta CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm temp to hire


Overview of Position:


We are seeking a Licensed Financial Services Advisor with experience in financial services. An insurance license is required; securities license a plus.

This role will involve meeting with clients performing annual reviews and creating new lines of business.


Job Duties:


  • Customer Service and Response. Addressing customer needs whether in person or by phone. Assist with drafting and review of business correspondence.

  • Policy Annual Review prep-work. This includes tracking annuity clients' anniversary dates downloading and prepping annual statements updating money tracker reports preparing documents for signature and proactively contacting24 clients to facilitate annual review meetings.

  • Maintain good organization and prompt fulfillment of business records. Work within CRM and Cloud storage system- Microsoft 365 to scan files.

  • Facilitate claims financial withdrawals money-adds plan quoting and comparisons. This also includes providing emotional as well as professional support during the death claim process.

  • Assist Business Manager with new applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conducting suitability assessments before applications are submitted.

  • Assist Business Manager with incoming annuity premiums (ie. Money Chasing) to ensure speedy and accurate funding of new client accounts and existing client adds.

  • Problem solving client engagement and effective handling of financial institutions corporate liaisons and facilitators. Keeping accurate and up to date reporting on funds.

  • Assist Business Manager with tracking (a) Individual Health and (b) Group clients' policy terms quoting & spreadsheeting plan alternatives and proactively contacting clients to facilitate renewals.

  • Help to complete projects and special assignments. Filing Scanning Labeling Grouping and other back-office support functions.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • An Insurance license is required; securities license a big plus.

  • Experience using CRM and Cloud storage systems- Microsoft 365.

  • Organization Professionalism Caring Client Relations Time Management

  • Strong Problem Solving skills Attention to Detail Willingness to Learn and Evolve

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
