Front Desk Guest Services Representative $19.00
Location: Murrieta CA Temp to Hire excellent benefits package available!
Shift: flexibility to work between 7.00am and 10:30pm 7 days per week
Position Overview:
The Guest Services Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued and will be the first point of contact with the Resort. This person will provide outstanding service to guests and assist with inquiries reservation requests and will provide information about the Resort’s services amenities and dining options.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and reservation requests with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to arrival.
Help guests navigate a day visit spa treatment overnight stay or dining experience.
Assist guests with reservations modifications and cancellations efficiently.
Help guests navigate any technological tools or systems related to their reservations.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guests' needs are met.
Maintain guest satisfaction throughout their visit with our resort.
Respond to customer requests resolve issues and promote the company brand.
Be professional establish Guest rapport encouraging repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Hotel Front Desk or Hospitality industry experience.
Data entry skills and proficient with phone systems.
Strong communications skills outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality!
