Program Manager
Location: Temecula CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
Pay Rate: $99-$160K DOE Temp to Hire (successful applicant will be hired perm after trial period)
Job purpose
The Program Manager manages projects and is the primary contact between the client and engineering.
Program Manager managing multiple projects take a product from initial stages all the way to market.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage project resourcing workflow timelines and budgets
Maintain and build client relationships; primary contact point for client interactions meet with clients on a regular basis
Develop and manage client budgets
Understands and able to own and drive to completion the Product Development Process (PDP)
Experience in project planning quoting and selling proposals for new projects
Participate in internal programs and procedure development
Create an environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of the Program Manager role are as follows:
Some experience with Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) or equivalent project management software
Some experience in managing complex cross functional product development teams
Some experience with the medical device product development process (PDP)
Experience in operating in an ISO 13485 quality system
Familiar with FDA/CE regulatory requirements
Highly oriented to customer service and quality improvement
Education / Experience
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
4-6 years of experience
Sitting for long periods of time
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to travel as required
