Schedule: M-F 7am to 3.30pm Temp to Hire
Job Description
Our successful Screen Printer / Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for understanding how to operate a screen-printing machine to produce conforming high-quality prints.
Screen Printer / Manufacturing Operator must be able to read and understand work orders and blueprints.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operates various production machinery such as but not limited to:
• AMI Printers
• Etching
• Saw Machine
Operates various production tools such as but not limited to:
• Keyence
• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Microscopes (for long periods of time.)
Set up monitor and maintain machine and equipment used in production area.
Responsible for producing parts and meeting deadlines.
Ensure the quality of work is substantiated throughout the job.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
• Technical skills and ability to read blueprints (GD&T preferred) documents and manuals.
• Knowledge of computer aided inspection equipment
• Ability to operate a microscope.
• Knowledge of using measurement tools such as micrometers calipers and gauges
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Self-driven and proactive nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various machines and related software.
Skills and and Experience Required:
• Quality Inspection attention to detail
Precisions measuring tools
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prolonged periods standing/sitting able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• ITAR Facility – must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
