Administrative Assistant for HOA $20-$22 DOE
Location: Hemet CA
Scheduled: Wednesday through Sunday 8am to 5pm
Job Summary
Important: If you do not complete the skills test your resume will be rejected.
Provide a high level of customer service while assisting staff and clients also answering questions about their community over the telephone via email and in person.
Assist residents with the day to day operations of the community from enjoying the pool reserving a clubhouse or submitting home improvement forms.
Responsibilities and Duties

Provide happy and enthusiastic customer service by responding to incoming telephone calls email and other correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.

Acts as intermediary with owners/residents clients and staff to assist in prompt response to questions or problems.

Follows company policy by returning all calls and emails within 24 business hours.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; preferably in an office environment.

Property management/HOA experience is highly desired.

Excellent telephone etiquette professional verbal and written communication.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.

Familiar with basic functions of MS Office and be able to write a business letter.

Team player attitude reliable and dedicated to providing the best in customer service.
