Business Development Manager Salary $65000+ Flex DOE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager. Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence by promoting our modular building sales and leasing services. This role involves strategic planning client acquisition and thorough market analysis to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Competitive base salary plus incentive compensation and benefits package offered.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Market Research of industry trends target markets to identify opportunities and partnerships.

Develop business development goals and objectives aligned with the company’s growth vision.

Identify potential clients in target sectors build a sales pipeline convert leads into customers.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes addressing client needs effectively.

Lead negotiations on pricing terms with prospects and clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Oversee and support the sales team providing training and guidance to achieve sales targets.

Work on leasing strategies to maximize asset utilization and revenue generation.

Collaborate with internal teams engineering production and logistics to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Track and report on sales activities conversion rates and growth metrics.

Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences.

Maintain knowledge of modular building products provide training for the sales team and clients.

Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and address market demands.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.

Proven experience in business development or sales preferably in the construction real estate or modular buildings industry.

Ability to travel as required and to attend Trade Shows and networking events.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Drug Screen and Background Check required.
