Job Title: Service Administrator

Pay: $20-$22.50 per hour DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM OT as needed

Location: Hemet CA

Duration: temporary approximately 6 months

Position Summary

Provide administrative support to the Service Department and assist customers with service-related needs. Handle service inquiries process orders update customer information and ensure smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to field and bench service requests by phone email or chat.

• Prepare quotes for service work.

• Create Return Authorizations (RAs) in Oracle for U.S. customers.

• Update customer accounts and equipment information in Oracle.

• Assist with billing questions and update Work Orders as needed.

• Process service orders for repairs rentals and loaners.

• Renew or update service contracts.

• Communicate clearly with customers team members and management.

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of customer service call center or service admin experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Teams).

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Oracle experience is a plus.
