Customer Service Representative $18-$20 DOE

Location: Murrieta CA

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Temp to Hire

 

Position Overview:

Provide Customer Service and product support at a Manufacturing company in Temecula which prides itself of the quality of its products and services.

Experience in an office-based environment is a requirement.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer customer service and or Technical Troubleshooting phone calls/email/Chat.

Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

Process orders and expedite requests into the company database establishing priorities.

Contact customers regarding orders follow-up pricing and tracking or delivery information.

Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue/concern

Determining cause of the problem; selecting solution following up to resolution.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Recommend improvements in products packaging shipping service.

Prepare product or sales reports by collecting and analyzing sales/order information.

Attract new customers by answering product and service questions in a precise and timely manner

Refer unresolved issues to the Customer Service Supervisor for review and further action

Customer needs assessment meeting quality standards evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Data entry of orders into system verifying data as it is entered.

Mathematical reasoning Critical thinking/problem solving

MS Office skills Outlook Excel Word

Drug Screen and Background Check required.
