Office Manager/Bookkeeper $28 Hour
Location: Murrieta CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 Hour Shift flex schedule between 7am and 6pm
Overview of Position:
We are seeking an Office Manager who will assist with day to day operations at company in the home services industry.
Duties include AP and AR and collating Payroll Data. This position will also provide administrative support to the President & GM. This role is to cover a Leave of Absence.
Responsibilities

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and management team.

Entering receipts into HubDoc software or scan and email records.

Enter Payroll Data into Excel for processing Service Titan experience a major plus

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks a plus)

Fleet management and Uniform service account management

Record keeping Data entry Reporting mail processing

Clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters memos reports etc.

Track projects using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Requirements:

Experience in an Office Manager or Executive Admin support role.

Basic Bookkeeping AP and AR Processing experience QuickBooks a plus!

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Docs.

Outgoing personality comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
