Printing Bindery Operator 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $23-$29 Hour DOE

Location: Temecula CA

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 12.45pm to 11.15pm (4/10 Schedule)

Overview of Position:

We are seeking a Bindery Operator responsible for setting up and operating bindery equipment such as saddle stitchers cutters and folders. This role requires strong mechanical skills attention to detail and the ability to assist team members. Prior Saddle Stitcher experience highly desirable!

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and fine-tune machine pockets to minimize drops and stoppages.

• Adjust and monitor machine calipers to ensure product quality.

• Set up adjust and repair stitcher heads change and adjust trimmer knives.

• Setup monitor and maintain inkjet systems adjust machines accordingly.

• Perform general maintenance and lubrication of machines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bindery area maintain production records.

• Provide guidance to Team Members both during production and downtime.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Willing to stand for long periods comfortable with repetitive hand/wrist movements.

• Effective organizational and Team skills proficient PC skills.
