Team Leads/Supervisors – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Location: Temecula CA

Team Leadership Experience: $21-$23 Hour Temp to Hire

Supervisory Experience: $25-$28 Hour Temp to Hire

Shifts: Flexible to work either First Second or Third Shift Overtime and Saturdays

 

Overview:

 

We are seeking Leads and Supervisors for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility. These roles involve leading and supervising teams in the production of semiconductor materials and devices managing priorities and serving as the interface between the development fab and technical Engineering and project managers. These positions require a strong understanding of wafer fabrication and processing techniques along with leadership and communication skills in a cleanroom environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor semiconductor fabrication within process modules (such as PVD CVD Etch Photolithography CMP wafer bonding).

  • Oversee the loading/unloading of wafers inspect for defects ensuring proper handling and traceability.

  • Ensure that clean-room contamination control safety and chemical handling procedures are adhered to.

  • Support R&D by managing priorities and wafer movement through the Fab.

  • Coordinate with technical leads on status within the Development Fab.

  • Manage the scheduling of equipment maintenance and repair of the Development Fab toolset.

  • Oversee and lead continuous improvement efforts for the Fab including the audit readiness safety chemical inventory.

  • Frequently interact with process engineering equipment engineering digital technologies quality facilities and operation teams.

  • Monitor performance: observe process parameters handle alarms log data and assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate issues to technicians/engineers.

  • Document process data non-conformances wafer yields scrap and track in manufacturing systems software.

  • Assist and oversee tool change-overs chamber cleanings preventative maintenance activities.

  • Maintain a clean organized work area: ensure consumables materials and tooling are available properly labeled and handled.

 

Required Qualifications / Skills

 

  • Prior Lead or Supervisory experience in semiconductor processing techniques including lithography dry etching wet chemistry metals evaporation sputtering and backside processing.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate technical projects with diverse and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with semiconductor process integration and development of semiconductors.

  • Broad knowledge related to semiconductor processing equipment and data analysis.

  • Ability to document and maintain production process flows.

  • Willingness to work shifts (including nights weekends holiday rotations) and be flexible.

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods lift or handle parts/materials and work in a controlled clean-room environment with PPE.
