Location: Temecula CA
Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour

Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Tuesday through Friday and must be flexible to add additional day.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer with at least 2 years of experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in screen printing screen making ink color matching and operating semi-automatic screen presses. Experience in graphic or garment printing is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print labels decals and overlays using screen printing methods.

• Operate and maintain semi-automatic screen printing presses.

• Perform screen making and reclaiming tasks.

• Mix and match inks to meet color specifications.

• Ensure printed products meet quality and customer standards.

• Conduct in-process quality checks to identify print imperfections.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work.

• Assist with secondary processes such as adhesive and lamination application.

• Follow all company quality safety and service protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of screen printing experience (graphic or garment printing considered).

• Familiarity with screen press operation and maintenance.

• Experience with ink mixing and color matching techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
